Trout grilled

Ingredients
4 trout
80 g butter
4 sprigs parsley
4 tbsp capers
fennel
pepper
salt
lemon juice
Method
There are also two cuts of fried trout on both sides and place a piece butter, mixed with chopped parsley, capers, fennel, black pepper, salt. Trout are placed on the BBQ, bottom undergoes proof dish and bake on the grill for 7-10 minutes on each side. Add lemon juice to the court drained butter, trout are poured and served immediately.
