Ingredients
300 g cottage cheese
150 g bacon or salo
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
1 large boiled potato
1 bunch of herbs (parsley, dill)
little sunflower oil for frying potato

Method
Bacon (salo) cut into small pieces and fry. Add chopped onion and garlic. By pozaparzhat added mixed with egg cottage cheese. Fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Boiled potatoes are peeled and cut into circles that lightly fry on both sides. Serve the potato slices onto them put cottage cheese mixture. Can be served with slices of seasoned tomato seedlings and herbs (or of your choice).
