Vanilla cream

Ingredients
500 ml milk
1 cup sugar
5 yolks
1/3 cup flour
2 vanilla

Method
Withdraw yolks from egg whites. Use only the yolks, which are broken down with sugar. Add flour and stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. A thin stream pour the milk, stirring constantly. Put vanilla. The resulting mixture is placed on the stove and boil at low heat, stirring, until the desired density. Cool and catering can be garnished with cream and a fruit or used egg whites broken down into snow.
