Vegetable roulades

Ingredients
4 Arabic bread
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
4 lettuce leaves
2 carrots
4 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
5 green onions
Method
Tomatoes and cucumber washed and cut. Lettuce leaves are washed and cleaned. Carrots peeled and grated. Luke cut. Heat olive oil in a pan. It around 10 minutes are fried vegetables. To these are added salt and pepper. Each loaf is placed lettuce leaf, then by all vegetables and rolls roll.
