Vegetable socket

Ingredients
600 g chicken mince
200 g potatoes
200 g carrots
200 g peas
1 onion
80 ml milk
1 slice of bread without crust
80 g butter
flour for rolling
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
Minced meat is mixed with chopped onion, bread soaked in cold water and squeezed, eggs, salt and pepper. Mogul is kneaded well and form balls that rolled in flour and fry. Potatoes, carrots, and peas are cooked separately in salted water, drain and puree. To any type of paste is added less than fresh milk and the rest sgorshteno butter. When serving first spread mashed potatoes on it puree of peas and then puree of carrots. Top arrange fried chicken balls.
