Vegetarian curry with red beans (Rajma)

1 cup red beans + 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 cup Water
1 hot green pepper
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
1 tsp ground ginger (root or paste) and crushed garlic
2 cup tomato - puree or canned
by 1/2 tsp cumin and turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder and garam masala
fresh coriander - to garnish, chopped

Wash and soak beans in 4 cups of water overnight . Boil pre-soaked beans with turmeric, salt and green pepper. Once cooked beans is going through a stage 2. In a pan put sunflower oil and in it fry the chopped onions. Add ginger and garlic, mix well. Add tomato paste or canned tomatoes. Add coriander powder, cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric second and garam masala. Mix well. Finally, add the beans. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve over hot rice. * For cooks who do not have much time for cooking recipe can be executed with canned beans.

Thank you for the great recipe Danny :) I pressed it not with rice and flat bread. Very tasty obtained will surely repeat.
