Veria banana results

Ingredients
125 g of sour cream
125 g sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter
2 bananas
# crumb:
50 g brown sugar
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cold butter
2 tbsp candied ginger
Method
In a large pan fire sent down sugar and water. Put on medium-high heat and caramelize until a golden caramel. Reduce heat and add the butter. Let melt completely before adding bananas, cut into pieces. Let bananas to caramelize a few minutes, until tender. Remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature. -Heat the oven to 180 C. In a bowl mix the sugar and flour. Add the chopped butter into small cubes and ginger, chopped. Mix with the tip of his fingers, to form a mixture similar to the coarse crumbs. Pour into a covered pan with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool to room temperature. Divide the cream into two glasses. Top place caramelized bananas and finished with ginger crumbs.
