Ingredients
1 jar grape leaves (800 g)
2 cup Rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground coffee
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
2 cup water
1 onion
1 tsp savory
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt

Method
In 4-5 tbsp hot sunflower oil fry the chopped onion. Add rice and roasting is continued until the glass becomes colored. Put raisins, red pepper, tomato paste, coffee, savory and salt to taste. This stuffing rolled dolmaschki of vine leaves, which are arranged in clay casseroles. Pour 2 cups hot water and rest sunflower oil and put in the oven to bake on medium heat for 40-50 minutes.
