Method
The grain is cleaned, washed, put it in a pot and pour water (two fingers over the corn). Boil on low heat for about 1 hour. Kotlonat off wheat and leave for 1 hour under the hood. Then, if remained fluid drain. On kitchen towel is evenly distributed grain and leave for several hours to dry. Then, stir in a bowl with lemon zest, sugar, breadcrumbs and the walnuts.
