Zucchini rolls with minced meat and yogurt sauce

Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
250 g minced meat
4-5 tbsp flour
1 tsp savory
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
salt
# For the sauce:
400 g of yogurt
3 tbsp dill
3-4 cloves garlic - pressed
1/2 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut lengthwise into slices. Rolled in flour, dip in water and fry until golden. Minced meat is kneaded with spices. At one end of each zucchini put a little minced meat - the nut and screw on rolls. Arrange in a baking dish (not oiled). Pour water up to the level of the rolls and bake in preheated oven until golden - about 30 minutes. Serve warm, flights beaten yogurt with dill, garlic and salt.

Very tasty, I love zucchini! Great recipe!

Today prepared rolls, but little changed recipe. Because I do not fried, grilled courgettes them. I do not see a good idea to water and baked them so without it. Received quite good and tasty rolls!

I only put them top of mayonnaise or cream cheese, or cheese each roll :) will become mmm ... :)
