250 g cream cheese
100 g solid feta cheese (cheddar)
1/2 tsp ground allspice and black pepper
1 small green pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire
1 tbsp lemon juice
tipped green onions
Cream the feta cheese mixed with hard feta cheese (if cheddar must be grated so as not to get lost in the mix). Add chopped peppers and spices. Quickly make small balls, rolled in ground walnuts and decorate lumpy green onions, then place in refrigerator at least overnight.
