Apple chips

Ingredients
3 green apples
honey or sugar for sprinkling
cinnamon

Method
The apples are washed and cut into thin rings for chips. Cleaned of seeds and arrange on an oiled baking sheet. Each circle is brushed with a thin layer of honey or sprinkle with sugar. Optional sprinkled with spices of your choice, such as cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 130-140C for about 30 minutes, then turn and bake an additional 30 minutes on the other side. If they start browning be removed. There should be neither Belichki nor dark, and slightly brown to brittle and crunchy. Keep them in a jar or box.
