Asian soup with pasta

Ingredients
200 g flat pasta (tagliatelle)
1 stalk leek
2 red onion
1 red chili pepper
1 liter of vegetable stock cube
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
200 g soy sprouts (frozen)
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
Boil the macaroni. Leeks and red onion cut into rings. Chilli clean the seed and cut into thin sticks. Broth boil and add lemon zest and ginger. After 5 minutes, remove from heat, and is strained. Again put on the fire and put the onions, leeks, pepper and soy sprouts, boil for 10 minutes. The soup is seasoned with soy sauce to taste. Coconut baked in a pan without oil. Cooked pasta is divided into bowls are poured portion of soup and sprinkle with baked chips.
