1.2 kg flour
4 eggs
42 g yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
250 ml milk
150 g (about 1/2 cup) yogurt

Yeast dissolved in warm milk. Add salt, sugar and flour in order to obtain a thick slurry. Leave to rise. Sieve the flour, make a well and it put the mixture of 3 eggs, yogurt and soda, sugar and olive oil. Add yeast leavened dough and mix. If necessary, add milk or lukewarm water to form a soft dough. Messi is about 20 minutes and allowed to rise. Doubling the volume of the dough is mixed again and formed pita of your choice, but always with a lot of desire and enthusiasm. Dab with beaten yolk with 1 tsp sunflower oil.
