Baked chicken rural

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken thighs
1 onion
250 g potatoes
350 g tomatoes
1 pepper
1 eggplant
300 ml chicken broth
parsley
flour
sunflower oil
paprika
Method
Chopped onion fry in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes and then removed in glass pot. Insert the roll in flour meat in the pan and fry until browning, then put on the onions. Top rank peeled and diced potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and eggplant. Top dish sprinkled with chopped parsley and add the broth and. Cover with a lid and baked 45 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven, then removed and pour the mixture of 1 tbsp flour a little water and paprika. Cover again and dopicha for another 10-15 minutes.
