Baked with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
600 g minced meat mixture (beef and pork)
1 onion
1 carrot
100 g corn
100 g peas
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
on 1/2 tsp curry ginger, pepper, cumin, garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika, salt
100 ml tomato paste
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
700 g boiled potatoes
1 egg
100 g cheese
50 g butter

Method
In depth pan heat the oil and it briefly fry the dry spices without paprika and salt. After about a minute they were added the chopped onion and fry until golden. Add the mince and stir continuously to not get lumpy. When minced meat turns white, flavored with salt and paprika. Pan retired from heat and then add the tomato puree, carrots and peppers, diced, corn and peas. The mixture is stirred well and transfer to a baking dish and put in the oven to brown, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes Strain, seasoned with salt, add macerate butter, egg and grated cheese. Remove pan and sprayed on mince mashed potatoes. tasty, I use vegetable mix and daughter puts potato florets with a syringe.
