Banitsa halva with vanilla sauce

200 g filo pastry sheets
140 g chocolate
300 g halva
100 g butter
4 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
500 ml milk
300 g cream
150 g sugar
6 egg yolks
1 vanilla
# For garnish:
50 g raisins
First prepare the sauce by mixing milk and cream. Put on to boil. Mix with mixer, egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until turns white. Added to the boiling milk and stir continuously. PLATES be reduced to a low heat. Be careful not to boil the sauce for about 5 minutes. Prepared sauce covered with oil fsunflower and went to the refrigerator. The butter is warmed and moistened sheet. Halvata and chocolate are separated such that there is for each sheet in equal parts. Each crust turns to roll and arrange in the pan, greased with the oil. Ordered banitsa top also be smeared with sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven at 210C for about 10 minutes. Serve with cold sauce and garnish with raisins.
