Beef steak with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg beef steak
500 g onion
600 g tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
pepper
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Steaks are crushed, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Fry in the oil on both sides until browned and removed. In fat put the onion and continue frying. When the onions are browned add grated garlic and tomatoes. When sauce thickens steaks arranged in flat plate was flooded with it.
