Beef Stroganoff with mustard

Ingredients
900 g lean veal
10-15 Allspice
100 g butter
salt
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
2 cup broth
pepper
Method
Two hours before cooking the meat cut into small cubes and sprinkle with salt and allspice. Once you have passed two hours mixed in 30 g butter fry gently 1 tbsp flour and add the broth, mustard and a little pepper. Stir and bring to the boil and thickens. Add the cream. Beef fry in remaining butter, add to the sauce and allow to boil again.
