Ingredients
4 beef steaks
1 onion
30 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) of beer
1 sugar cube
cumin
bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon mustard
pepper
salt
Method
Steaks are cut into chunks. Fry the chopped onion in the butter until yellowing, add the meat and fry on all sides. Add sugar, mustard, spices, salt, sprinkle with flour, pour beer and vazvaryava. Stir the meal and stew under lid until soft.
