Ingredients
4 beef fillets
30 g salo
100 g fresh sausage
100 g pickles
100 g onion
1 boiled egg
80 g fat
30 g flour
mustard
pepper
salt
1 cube broth
Method
The meat is hammered, taking care not ripped. Each fillet salt it, smeared with pepper and mustard. On each piece is placed in the egg and 1/4 teaspoon of stuffing - chopped sausage, salo and cucumbers. Turn at the roll and tie with string. In heated oil fry rolls, withdrawn and the same fat fry until golden finely chopped onion, add browned flour, diluted broth and return the rolls. So let it cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes, rice and peas, and fresh salad. Obtained 4 servings.
