Circular for cookies or cup cut two circles on each slice of bread. Finely chop the dill. Coat the side edge of the bread slices with a little mayonnaise and run them in the chopped dill to stick to it. Shred in small pieces the fish, seasoned with pepper, garlic and chopped olives and cucumber. Spread on fish bites. Take the white of boiled eggs and chop finely. Mix it with the rest of mayonnaise to weld. Spread it over the fish. Finish bites with finely grated grater yolk. Do it at the last moment before serving as the yolk dries quickly. Bites you can prepare several hours in advance and save yolks cold, covered with plastic foil.
