Method
In a pressure cooker in 6 tbsp olive oil sauté onion and garlic until golden. Place a pork leg a little pepper, saffron and also stew. Add cock, cut into pieces, tomatoes, bay leaf and broken bouillon cubes, all stew. Add salt to taste bay with water, close the pressure cooker and boil 30 minutes. When open food is cock is still tough, can boil a little more with the lid open.
