Brioche buns with delight

Ingredients
500 g flour
2 eggs
20 g fresh yeast
200 ml milk
80 g butter
100 g sugar
grated lemon or orange peel
vanilla
300 g plain delight
ground walnuts
yolk spreads

Method
Dissolve yeast with warm milk and a bit of sugar. In the sifted flour put other products without the walnuts and Turkish delight and mix a soft dough, leave in a warm place to double its volume. After being divided into balls, each ball is rolled into a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm, and is cut into rectangles. In each rectangle is placed a piece of Turkish delight and a pinch of ground walnuts, brushed with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
