Buns with cheese

Ingredients
500 ml milk
egg 1
10 g dry yeast
300 g lard
125 g butter
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
flour (as necessary)
250 g cheese

Method
Separate 100 ml milk (slightly warmed) and mixed with a spoonful of flour, 1 tsp sugar and yeast. Stir and allow to rise. Flour, yeast leavening, the rest milk and egg soft dough is kneaded, formed into balls the size of walnuts, hands often oilt with melted lard. Thus filling the entire tray. Before their full rising, buns are flooded with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs salted and left to rise to full fill the tray. Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese, then bake in a hot oven.
