Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
700 g flour
25 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
300 g feta cheese
sunflower oil spreads
1 egg yolk + 50 ml milk spreads

Method
Involved dough, which is made of 6-7 balls, in which instead of the feta cheese. Anointed them with the brush thoroughly with sunflower oil, put them in a baking dish, allowed to peeling (proving) about 40 minutes. Then beat the egg yolk with the milk and pour the cheese cakes. Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.
