Buns of shapes

Ingredients
700 g flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cube of yeast
1 egg
colored salt
330 ml warm water

Method
Yeast dissolved in warm water. They put the salt, sugar and egg white from the egg. Knead into a soft dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Rolled around 1.5 cm thick and with figures for cookies cut your desired shapes for buns. Smeared with yolk and sprinkle with colored salt. When done bake in a greased baking dish with butter for about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
