Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients
300 g puff (puff) pastry
300 g tuna confit canned
150 g canned corn
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
10-12 olives
salt , pepper, parsley
30 ml sunflower oil or olive oil

Method
Peppers are washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. 3adushavat briefly in a pan with the fat after soften add the corn and chopped olives, mixed with the liquid drained tuna. The mixture is salted and seasoned. Expands puff dough forms tartaletenite pan, each covered with cut dough circle (diameter of about 2 cm larger than tartaletenoto bottom), slightly pricked with a fork and bake cupcakes middle BBQ, 200C. Once you gain a golden color are filled with the mixture, leveled and dopichat for about 3-5 minutes. Decorate with fresh parsley. * The products are for 6 cupcakes with diameter of 8 cm.
