Cabbage dolmas for microwave

600 g large leaves of cabbage
400 g minced meat mixture
2 eggs
1 slice bread
1 onion
salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
40 g margarine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup (200 ml) meat broth
50 g cream
100 g cheese
1 stalk green onion
Cabbage leaves are steamed by placing them wet in the microwave oven at 600 W for 5 minutes. Minced meat is kneaded well with eggs, soaked in water and squeezed bread, chopped onion and spices, is distributed on cabbage leaves and wrapped dolmas. Placed in a suitable container, add margarine and bake at 600 W and includes an electric oven (250 C) 7 minutes. Add tomato puree, pour broth and kept at 600 W for 10 minutes. The dolmas are removed and added to the sauce shattered cream and grated cheese. The dolmas are flooded and baked at 600 W and includes an electric oven (250 C) 4 minutes. Before serving to scatter with chopped green onions. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
