Cake with apples and prunes

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder
4-5 apples
1 and 1/2 cup flour

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla. Stir until evenly mixed. Clean the apples and cut them fairly thin slices. Add to mixture and stir nice. Spread mixture into oil pan and put in a cold oven. At first bake at a lower wire 220S when it starts to rise arrange the plums, which are split and removed the stones, with the opening of the above. As pressing down gently with your finger to get into the mix. Go back in the oven as covering the upper wire. Bake 20-25 minutes (check with a stick). By Vadim roast from the oven and after about 10 minutes sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar. * 1 cup = 200 ml

For me, sugar and flour are 2 pm. H., Other products as written by kuku_69. Strudel is wonderful: Old and tested many times recipe! Recommend :)

It was tasty, but baked in this way I get gletav in the middle, although check with a stick. Next time I bake it at 180 degrees as each cake.
