The butter mix well with the sugar. One by one, add eggs, constantly crashes. Add yoghurt with dissolved into it soda, stir well, then mixed with grated quince. Finally, spoon by spoon add the flour sifted with baking ammonia. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tray and bake until browned.
