Cannelloni with dock in Bulgarian

8 ready pancakes
300 g minced meat (beef)
400 g canned tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
500 g dock (or 1 jar of canned)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, spices
100 g cheese

Docks scalded in boiling salted water, subtract it and let it cool and drain, then chopped. Fry the finely chopped onion in with 3. L. Sunflower oil, add the minced meat and fry until the fat remains. Tampering with spices and salt to taste and add docks. Stir, fry for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. This stuffing Stuffed Pancake wound them and arrange them in a buttered pan. Puree the tomatoes with garlic and remaining 2 tbsp sunflower oil and pour cannelloni. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Before them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and dopichame them until golden.
