Caramel banana dessert

Ingredients
100 g sugar
70 g butter
30-40 ml brandy or rum
3 bananas
juice of 1 orange
1-2 croissant or circles of ready roll or a few biscuits
cream, whipped with a little sugar or cream spray
nuts or chocolate for sprinkling

Method
Sugar is melted and lightly caramelized - to light brown. Add the butter and stir the stove for 10 minutes. Add cognac. Banana peel, split into two and put in caramel for 3-4 minutes. In bowl put 2-3 slices of cut circles of croissant or roll or 2-3 biscuits depends on how big banana, put them on one piece of caramelised banana, pour a bit of caramel sauce and cream is poured on top. Can be sprinkled with walnuts or grated chocolate.
