Ingredients
2 cloves celery
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 onion
5-6 mushrooms
tomatoes 6
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Celery is peeled, cut into cubes and stew in some of the oil with chopped mushrooms and onions. Once the vegetables soften, add the rice and fry a few minutes. Finally, put half of the tomatoes, chopped. Pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish and sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Top rank other tomatoes, cut into slices, add salt and pour the rest of sunflower oil and 2 cups hot water. Dish bake 25-30 minutes in a moderate oven.
