Cereal buns

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) milk
3/4 cup semolina
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch nutmeg
2 eggs
50 g feta cheese
30 g butter
Method
Milk is boiled with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Added to the meal stream with constant stirring until a thick slurry. Remove from heat to cool, stirring often. Add half the grated feta cheese and beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, align and leave to cool. Cut into squares that are put on a greased pan, scatter with the melted butter and remaining grated feta cheese and bake until browned in a hot oven.
