Chicken Belgian

Ingredients
1 chicken
100 ml white wine
250 g mushrooms
80 g flour
1 red onion
1 kg potatoes
nutmeg
pepper
cheese
Method
The chicken is boiled, boned and cut into small pieces. In a little butter stew onion, finely chopped. Was added thereto, clean mushrooms and 1/3 cup broth, which is boil the chicken. Once the vegetables VWP 10 minutes, add spices, butter and white wine. Insert the chicken mixture and allow to simmer on the fire for 10 minutes. In a greased baking dish with butter in the middle pour the chicken, and around it is added to mashed cooked and mashed potatoes. The dish is smoothed with a spoon on top. Flour to bake pink in the pan, add some chicken broth and the resulting slurry is poured over the other products in the pan. Top Grate the cheese, place pieces of butter and bake in oven until browned.
