Chicken breast with olives

Ingredients
30 g butter
2 cloves garlic
20 pitted green olives
juice of 1 large lemon
8 g dry tarragon
4 skinless chicken breasts
100 ml white wine
Method
The oven heated to 175 C. The butter is melted in a medium heat pan, add chopped garlic, lemon juice, wine and tarragon and mix. Add the breasts and cook until liquid evaporates and become golden. Then add and olive fry another 5 minutes. Everything is transferred into a baking dish and bake in preheated oven already.
