Chicken legs with processed cheese and sausage Serbian

Ingredients
2 chicken legs
200 g Serbian sausage (cut into rings and lightly fried)
2 triangles processed cheese (100-150 g)
300 g sterilized mushrooms
1 -2 tbsp flour to thicken the sauce
spices of your choice
Method
All products (together with Serbian fried sausage) are placed in a glass dish, pour about 200 ml water and cook over low heat in the oven for about 40 minutes.

What is the Serbian sausage? What is similar?

Serbian sausage resembles PETROHAN, but not so dry. There is dry enough to be consumed directly without the heat treatment. But I always bake it. It is often put in pots without processing it. Spicy is delicious is an appetizer for red wine and not only ... Me my recipe sounds good and soon will try
