Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
400 g onion
200 g sour cream
sunflower oil
salt, savory, dill to taste
Method
Onions are cleaned, washed and cut into crescents, then fry. After about 5 minutes, add the cleaned livers. When the livers are almost ready add the spices. Finally, when the dish is ready, add sour cream and remove from heat.
