Chicken livers in an envelope

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
3-4 pieces of raw sausage
3 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper, paprika, marjoram, salt
1 tbsp savory
1/3 cup white wine or beer
1 envelope baking
Method
Chicken livers Wash very well from the blood and left to drain. Raw sausage is cut into pieces of about 4-5 cm. Chop into crescents and garlic finely. All products are mixed in a bowl with spices and wine (beer). Pour into a baking bag which closes but does not pierce, as in other cases. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 1 hour. Can be served as a main dish with a side of fries, but is also suitable for warm appetizer for wine or beer.

I think a little oil will improve the taste of the dish.

Maybe you're right kati. smile, but raw sausage is quite maznichka and why I have not put other fat. :) Until now, the next time I will add a little oil. Thank you.
