1 kg chicken livers
4-5 green onions links
1-2 stalks green garlic (optional)
salt, pepper, paprika, others of your choice
flour for rolling

Livers Wash, drain and sprinkle with spices. Onions and garlic sauté in sunflower oil and a little water. Spread in pan, smoothed to make flutes and put them roll in flour livers. Sprinkle lightly with sunflower oil and bake in preheated oven about 20-30 minutes.
