Chicken with Norman sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 tbsp flour
oil
250 ml beer
3-4 boiled eggs
pepper
pepper
salt
spices to taste
1/2 tsp vinegar
Method
Chicken divided into portions that are pressed into a prepared mixture of spices and fat, rank in the pan and pour the beer and some water. Bake in a moderate oven and then evolved sauce in baking is separated into a bowl to make the sauce. For the sauce fry flour until golden, then add the sauce from the chicken, stirring constantly to not get lumpy. Once boiling add hard-boiled eggs - diced, remove from heat and seasoned with vinegar. Chicken served with sauce overflows.
