Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 onions
300 g mushrooms
5-6 cloves garlic
4 peeled tomatoes or tomato juice
1 bunch parsley
30 g butter
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 chilies
200 g cheese
Method
Chicken breast form of fillets, which are rolled in flour and lightly fried in fat. In the same oil fry the finely chopped onion, mushrooms - cut into chunks and garlic cloves. Steamed vegetables pour tomato juice or chopped tomatoes, seasoned with salt and bring to a boil. Fillet into 4 pots and watered with vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and shredded cheese and baked in the oven for 30 minutes. Served with a chili pepper.
