Ingredients
1 chicken
100 g butter
1 tbsp lard
20 g flour
500 g shallots
Method
Flour fry in the lard, until it darkens. Add the sliced portions pipette peeled onions, the butter, add salt and diluted with a little water. Allow to stew. Chicken served with rubbed with garlic toast.
