Ingredients
          1 (1 kg) chicken
          1-2 heads (100 g) onion
          1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
          125 g butter
          1/2 cup (100 g) trahana
          salt
              Method
              The chicken is boiled in salted water and broken into pieces. Fry the onion in the butter until golden coloring and pour a little water. Trahana added and stirred. Pour 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and boil on low heat for 1/2 hour, stirring to not burn. Then, the meat of chicken. Serve, in each plate put a piece of meat around and pour from trahana.
