Chili con carne with corn crust and two kinds of sauce

# For corn crust:
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
650 g cornmeal
4 tbsp flour
6 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
750 ml buttermilk
4 eggs
2 tsp honey
4 tbsp sunflower oil
# For sprinkling:
150 g cheddar cheese, grated in large pieces
# For the sauce:
500 g sour cream
350 g grated cheddar cheese
4 ripe avocados
4 green onions, white part
2 Limei, juice them
3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

Chile con carne recipe is prepared. Allow to cool or to stand until the next day. Corn Crust: mixing separately the dry and wet ingredients, then mix together. Distribute the finished chili con carne. Sprinkle with cheddar and bake for 30 minutes at 220 C. Sauce: Mix sour cream and the cheddar cheese. Divide into two parts. One part sprinkle with paprika. Avocados are cleaned and crushed with a fork. Put his juice Limei, finely chopped green onions (white part) and coriander. The resulting guacamole put in the second half of the cream with cheddar and stir gently.
