Chinese couscous

Ingredients
400 g couscous
250 g minced meat
2 carrots
250 g mushrooms
100 g margarine
150 g frozen peas
2-3 scallions
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
pepper, salt
Method
Packet gets cooked couscous in salted water and strain. In a pan sauté with some of margarine mushrooms, remove from the pan. In some water stew chopped onion and garlic, add to the mushrooms. Minced meat fry with a little pepper until it is golden balls, add the pea. Remove from the pan. Fry the carrots are cut into julienne until tender, add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir to melt the sugar. All things are kneaded with cous-Kusa. Serve warm.
