Cinnamon-caramel bread

2 and 3/4 cup Flour + 1-2 tbsp extra
1/4 cup sugar
2 and 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
60 g butter
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 vanilla
# For the filling:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon powder

In a bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, salt and vanilla. Apart warm milk with the butter until it melts, add the water - the mixture should be of warm, but not hot. Pour into flour mixture and stir. Eggs are broken and slightly also be added to the dough. Stir the mixture and the remaining 3/4 hh. flour kneaded dough knead 5-10 minutes. The dough is placed in the bowl, turning with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume - about 1 hour. The risen dough is pressed and kneaded again with 1-2 tbsp flour. Roll out a sheet measuring about 30x50 cm. The butter for the filling fry gently and Spread evenly over dough. Sugar and cinnamon mix and sprinkle them with dough. Cut strips of width 6, which are placed one over the other. Accumulated strip of dough is cut into 6. So Divide the dough in pan ranks (oblong, rectangular, 22h12 and 8 cm high, covered with baking paper), as the pieces are arranged straight (like dominoes|||). Pan cover with a towel and leave for 30-45 minutes in a warm place to rise dough. Bake in preheated moderate (180C) oven until dark brown - about 30-40 minutes. Should be well browned to a darker color because the sugar is caramelized and may look slightly browned on the outside, but inside is raw. The bread is delicious both hot and cold. * 1 cup = 240 ml * Because of their ordinal of bread becomes * * slices, which are easy to separate. * It's pretty cute, optional can reduce the amount of sugar in the filling.

Do not you dab on top with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or do not put anything on top?

steffanell, does not spread or sprinkled, pieces they bend slightly and again received top that has sugar is caramelized. Me at the counter I was left cinnamon sugar filling and not to eject January Sprinkle on top.
