Cold beef broth with tomatoes and port

Ingredients
350 g of ground beef obeztlasteno
600 g tomatoes
120 g beef or chicken broth
parsley
pepper
salt
4 tbsp (40 ml) port
Method
All Products except wine brew a very low heat for an hour and a half. The soup is strained and cooled well. Remove all the fat, add the wine and serve.
