Ingredients
200 g veal
3-4 pork trotters
1-2 carrots
1 head celery
1 head of garlic
vinegar
bay leaf
pepper, allspice, salt

Method
Boil beef and feet . After boil, drop in broth purposes carrots, cut into chunks celery, black pepper, allspice, bay leaf, salt. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the bones and cut it into pieces. Strain broth. Cut carrots and celery in small pieces, put them on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the meat on them. Season the broth with garlic and vinegar and carefully pour. Leave khashta to gel and serve cut into pieces. Serve separate bowl with grated horseradish with vinegar.
